Several reasons could explain an error message encountered when trying to log in. The two main reasons are:
- The deadline for you to take the language assessment has already passed.
- Your sending institution/organisation (Erasmus+ Coordinator) has cancelled your invitation.
In both cases, we suggest you contact your sending institution/organisation ’s Erasmus+ Coordinator to request a new invitation email.
If the error message indicates that your login or password is incorrect, please use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.
