After your project has been validated by your National Agency, you should receive an automatic invitation email containing access credentials to the OLS Licence Management System. When your NA validates your project, they enter your data in ErasmusPlusLink, which is then manually integrated into the OLS. It is this last operation that generates an automatic email containing your access credentials and inviting you to connect to your OLS Licence Management System.
We suggest you check that the email was not delivered to your institution/organisation’s junk mail folder (spam).
In the event that you cannot find this email, you should simply click on the “Forgot your password” link in order to obtain a new password. In addition, you can contact your National Agency to verify that your project has indeed been validated.
Finally, if you still have not received the email, you should check with your IT department that the email addresses support@erasmusplusols.eu and no-reply@erasmusplusols.eu are included in the whitelist of trustworthy addresses, in order to ensure that messages arrive properly and are not sent to your junk mail.
