If you are a Higher Education student who will take the first OLS language assessment in: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese, you will automatically be invited, by email, to follow the OLS language course in the same language as the assessment if you attain a result between CEFR levels A1 and B1. For: Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Greek, Croatian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Finnish and Swedish, you will automatically receive a language course licence if you obtained a result below CEFR level A2 in your first language assessment.
For all other results, you will either be able to follow an OLS language course in the main language of instruction or work, or in the local language of your Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corp mobility destination, provided that this language is available in the OLS. You will receive a notification by email from your sending institution/organisation, inviting you to access an OLS language course.
Please note that if you have chosen your mobility language when selecting the language(s) you would like to learn with OLS, you will automatically receive a language course licence. This is the case regardless of the result obtained in your language assessment, and provided the language course is available at the required level.
If you are a Vocational Education and Training (VET) learner or an Erasmus+ volunteer, the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps sending/receiving institutions and coordinating organisations will decide which participants to invite to follow an OLS language course, based on individual linguistic ability and needs. Sending institutions/coordinating organisations are automatically notified of completed language assessments and, following this notification, decide whether and to whom to grant access to OLS language courses, taking into account the results of the first language assessment.
For more information, please contact your sending institution/organisation (Coordinator).
