If you received an error when taking the OLS language assessment, please follow these tips:
- Empty your browser’s memory cache and delete cookies by simultaneously clicking the CTRL + SHIFT + DEL keys.
- Reconnect to the OLS website.
- Do not open any tabs or windows to other websites whilst taking your assessment.
If the problem persists, please resume the assessment using a different Internet browser, or even on another computer connected to another network, as the network could be blocking the OLS website.
