Some modules include video animations and listening comprehension exercises. For these and other types of multimedia exercises, it is important that sound (loudspeakers or headphones) is enabled and works properly, so that you can benefit from these activities. If you encounter problems with the sound, please first make sure that the volume is turned up and check that the “mute” button is off (with Internet Explorer: Start Menu> Settings> Control Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices). If you use a headset, check that it is correctly plugged into the device. Finally, connect to another website (e.g. www.youtube.com) to see whether this is a general problem with your computer.
